Part of October Multi-Estate Auction (timed auction by Bid Fast and Last)

High bid $10.00

Status: Available

A big, bright pile of Lincoln cents. More than 100 coins sit in a loose, overlapping heap, and most of them still show a bright red-orange copper color. Lot 1619 is mixed, miscellaneous Lincoln pennies, sold as one lot. Flip a few and you find the Union Shield reverse, with ONE CENT across the shield. Many of the visible reverses carry it. The obverses show Lincoln's portrait, with dates in place on the coins, ready for anyone with a loupe and an afternoon. Not every coin is shiny. Some have darkened or toned to brown, and several show dark spotting or blotchy surface marks. The rest bring plenty of color. It suits a searcher, a kid starting a collection, or anyone who likes sorting a pile of pennies. All lots sell as-is, where-is, with no warranty expressed or implied. Preview in person before bidding.
