A 1979 Susan B. Anthony dollar and a 2008 Arizona state quarter still sealed in its Littleton Coin Co. package lead this mixed lot of U.S. coins. The quarter's reverse shows the Grand Canyon and a saguaro under 'ARIZONA 1912' and 'GRAND CANYON STATE'. The Washington side carries a P mint mark. The bag is printed Littleton Coin Co, Littleton, NH, and its header strip appears to reference '50 States'. The loose coins appear to be Roosevelt dimes and Jefferson nickels. The nickels include what appear to be at least two 2005 issues with the right-facing Jefferson and script 'Liberty', plus one that looks to be a 2006 with the forward-facing portrait. Several loose coins show darkening or toning, with some nickels gone dark gray to brown. One small coin in the bottom row is heavily worn and carries surface deposits or corrosion. Dimes, nickels, a state quarter and an Anthony dollar in one lot. Sort it, fill a slot in a folder, or hand it to someone just catching the coin bug.
