Twenty-nine Indian Head pennies, listed as running 1879 to 1909. Count them: 29 coins laid out on the table, matching the title. One lot, one bid. The dates you can read up close are 1879, 1880, 1891 (two of them), 1892, 1893, 1903 and 1905. The full layout looks to add 1883, 1887, 1888, 1894, 1900, 1901, 1902, 1904, a second 1905, what appear to be two 1907s, and 1908. Every coin in the group shot appears to carry the Indian Head cent obverse: the head in a feathered headdress, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA around it. These coins appear to have spent their lives in pockets. Feather and hair detail looks softened, and the lettering looks weak on several. They show what appears to be brown toning, with some darker reddish or mottled surfaces; the 1903 looks to be one of those. A few appear worn nearly smooth, with dates hard to make out. The 1880 has heavy vertical scratches across the obverse and a damaged rim at the top. All lots sell as-is, where-is, with no warranty expressed or implied. Preview in person before bidding.
